She was predeceased by : her father Benjamin Puckett; and her siblings, Lida Ruth Prater and Glenn Puckett. She is survived by : her nieces, Marie Patterson (David) of Patrick Springs, VA, Frankie Anthony (Jimmy) of Patrick Springs, VA, Darlene Potts of Claudville, VA and Glenna Puckett of Winston Salem, NC; her nephew Phil Prater of Mount Airy, NC; her caregivers, Samantha Haley of Spencer, VA and Rebbecca Barnett of Patrick Springs, VA; and her pet Blackie. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
