He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Oliver Preston; his parents, Ernest M Preston and Lula Bella Preston Trott; and his sisters, Martha Preston Perry and Ellen Preston Mitchell.
He is survived by: his son Mason M. Preston, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Michelle Preston of Waterbury, CT; his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Joseph Galluzzo of Bethel, CT.; his grandchildren, Mason M. Preston, III, Kiyanah, Joshuah, Jaydah and Kamoyah; and his sisters, Lessie P. Moody of Pheonix, AZ and Gloria Stewart of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly ask that donations in his honor be made to the National Alzheimer's Association.
