He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Bernard Hall, Sr. and Easter Myrtle Biggs; and his brother Herman Bernard Hall, Jr. (Hall). He is survived by : his siblings, Dorothy Hall of Bassett, Virginia, Herbert Wade Hall of Bassett, Russell Hall (Shelby) of Spencer, William Hall, Sr. (Angie) of Axton, Jeffrey Minter of Martinsville and Jesse Minter of Greensboro; his stepsiblings, Raymond Minter of Martinsville, Virginia, Mary Ann Minter of Martinsville and Diana Minter of Rocky Mount, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Mitchell of Spencer, McKenzie Mitchell of Spencer, Easton Reid Hall of Patrick Springs, Virginia, Kendall Hall of Patrick Springs, Virginia and Kylie Hall of Patrick Springs, Virginia.
