He is survived by: his wife Wilma Bailey; his children, Carla Weakley, Carl Bailey, Jr., Anthony Bailey (Gina) and Karen Davis (Joe); and his sister Nanabelle Bailey. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
