He is survived by: his children, Lisa Carole Williams and Carroll Wesley Williams, Jr.; and his sisters, Joyce C. Watlington and Ramona P. Scott (Joseph) of Middle River, Maryland.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, two sister-in-laws, many cousins, and numerous old and new friends.
