He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller "Bootsie" Turner and Dorothy Faye Campbell Turner; and his daughter Jessica Rae Turner. He is survived by: his sons, Jason L. Turner of Alexandria, VA and Luke W. Turner of Reedville, VA; and his brothers, Roy W. Turner and Darryl Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
