We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2023, at the age of 76, Douglas Wayne Carr of Spotsylvania, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Margaret D. Carr. He is survived by : his wife Betty Cox Lee Carr; his stepchildren, Linda Carter (Gordon), John Lee (Susan) and James Lee; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Jaime, Kristy, Matt, Nicki, Kim and Miranda; and his cousins, Cheryl Whittle and Lee Dickerson. He is also survived by one sister; and many cousins.
