He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his in-law Doris Hall (Lewis); his brother-in-law Walter Phillippe; his nieces, Shelly Massey, Kim Bennett and Debbie Cherry; his nephew Bill Bennett; his great-nieces, Jordan Baugher (Greg) and Jillian Bennett; and his great-nephew Grant Bennett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
