He was predeceased by: his father Donald James Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Constance Dorothy Sullivan; his wife Angelique Sullivan (Rossi); his daughter Madeline; and his brothers, Kenneth and Christopher. He is also survived by three aunts and uncles; ten cousins; four nieces; and two nephews.
