It is with sadness that the passing of Gregory Keith Knight in Spotsylvania, Virginia is shared. Gregory, born in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, passed away on September 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Gregory will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Gregory by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Gregory is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Gregory’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Knight and Geraldine Knight. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, Gabriel Knight (Sydney Pasto) and Gelencia Knight; and his grandson Theo Knight. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Fredericksburg (10719 Courthouse Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Land of Promise Men of Iron Ministry, 5924 Smith Station Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407, or to a Veteran organization of your choice, in honor of Gregory's lifelong service and dedication.
