She was predeceased by: her husband Crismond Perry; her parents, Douglas Deale and Ella Mae Deale; and her siblings, Arlene Curtis, Mary Catlett, Doris Brooks, Ruby Lee Hall, Elnor Dodd, Helen Brooks, Robert "Bob" Deale and Delmas Deale.

She is survived by: her daughter Tina Smith; her son-in-law Carlton Smith; and her granddaughter Skyler Heishman (Michael). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
