He is survived by: his wife Carrie Talley; his children, Jamie Talley of Spotsylvania, VA, Jimmy Talley Jr. of Spotsylvania, VA and Julius Talley (Stephanie) of Spotsylvania, VA; his grandchildren, Janiyah, Jaheim, Jayla, Kiahya, Shania and Natalya; his great grandchild Elaine; his sisters, Florence Burley of Spotsylvania, VA, Darlean Whiters of Spotsylvania, VA, Gloria Coleman of Maryland and Kadell Cole (Vincent) of Charlottesville, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Pierce, Bernice Fairchild Lawson, Laura Green and Rosa Etta Fairchild.
