He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Mills; his children, Denise Thacker (Robert Overstreet), Rick Mills (Nancy) and Donald Mills (Vanessa); and his brother Edgar Mills (Dorothy). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
