It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathi Mobley of Spotsylvania, Virginia, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Musselman and Eva Musselman; her brother Ricky Musselman; and her half-sister Marylou Shelton. She is survived by : her husband Gary Mobley; her daughter Whitney Garthe (Roy); her grandson Aiden Garthe; her brothers, David Musselman (Debbie) and Dickie Lee Musselman (Peggy); and her niece Sarah Musselman.
