She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Hampton and Vienna Wigglesworth Woodward; and her sister Joyce Ann Woodward. She is survived by: her husband McKinley Cook; her sons, Elmo Cook (Francine), Kevin Cook (Shelia) of Spotsylvania, VA and James "Larry" Banks (Terri) of Woodbridge, VA; her grandchildren, Cortez Cook (Morgan), Caleb Cook, Keturah Cook and Tabitha Cook; and her siblings, Charles "Butch" Woodward (Lavern), John Minor (Alice), Delores Ford of Spotsylvania, VA, Jacqueline of Spotsylvania, VA and Sandra Lewis (Stanley) of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
