Though Mildred may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mildred leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her former life partner Paul Besel; her sons, Steven, Dennis and Thomas; her husband David F. Thomas; and her children, Terrill and Jeffrey. She was also cherished by her five children and their spouses; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a sister; and a brother.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fredericksburg Food Bank or to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
