He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Robert Hayden and Ruth Hayden; his sister Shila Hayden (Lani); and his wife Janet Hayden. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Ostrander (Jay), Jennifer Breder (Dave), Kristen Mora (Walter) and Allison Willard (David); his stepdaughters, Christi Hursta (Mike) and Erin Finley (Tom); his siblings, Dan Hayden (Karilee) and Beth Pisani (Keith); his caregiver Heather Biller; and his pets, Petey and Baxter. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great-grandson.
