She is survived by: her sister Linda; her brother-in-law Erv Schmit; and her children, Bill (Sharon), Suzanne (Bob), Judy (Rod), Jim (Kathy), Bob (Julie) and Mary (Trevor). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phyllis' name to the Thurman Brisben Center of Fredericksburg, St. Matthew Catholic Church Food Bank, or Hospice.
