She is survived by: her husband Nathan Lewis; her children, Hannah Shillingburg, Kailey Lewis and Gage Lewis; her parents, Teresa Howard (John) and Allen Shillingburg (Elena); her sisters, Amy Burns and Missy Dolan (Sean); her stepsiblings, Timothy Jones, Jennifer Hedges, Rebecca Jones, Christopher Jones, Jeret Howard, Amanda Jackson and Jacob Howard; her parents-in-law, Shirley and Leaman Lewis; her brothers-in-law, Leaman E. Lewis (Jessica) and Sean E. Lewis; and her grandmother Carol Shillingburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving extended family and friends.
