She was predeceased by: her son Calvin M. Sullivan Jr.; and her parents, Carl Jones and Joan Fogg. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Sullivan Sr.; her children, Nathan Sullivan (Tracie) and Melody Sullivan-Smith (Bruce); her grandchildren, Justin (Catie), Laura (Garnett), Brooke (Ryan), Tristan, Allison (Mike), George and Kevin; her siblings, Carla Yuen, Faythe Jones-Yuen and Carl "Bucky" Jones Jr. On; and her nieces and nephews, Jill, Shanna, Emily, Katie, Kelsey, Ryan and Nick. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
