It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Leonard Hambrick of Spotsylvania, Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Hambrick and Sarah Hambrick; and his siblings, Samuel "Sammy" Hambrick, Carol Meador, Frances Courtney, Phyllis Boone, Jean Underwood and Sarah Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Hambrick; his son Walter "Lenny" Hambrick, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kinley B., Kyler L. and Keston A. Hambrick; his sisters, Alice L. Shumate (Jeff) and Donna E. Rowland (Mike); and his brothers-in-law, Douglas, Darryl McManama and Gary Hunt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
