He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Jane Duncan Pullen. He is survived by: his children, Duncan L. Pullen, Evelyn R. Mathewson and Martha P. Daddato; and his grandchildren, Duncan L. Pullen, Jr., Brandy D. Olridge, Steven W. Pullen, John L. Pullen, Elizabeth R. Williams and Eleanore R. Pierce. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
