We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2023, at the age of 80, Frances Lee McWilliams of Spout Spring, Virginia, born in Arlington, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Lee McWilliams to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Madeline Failes Sauls of Virginia and Robert Spencer Sauls; her daughter MaryBeth McWilliams; and her siblings, Robert Spencer Sauls, Jr. and Sally Ann Sauls.

She is survived by : her siblings, Barry Sauls (Brenda) and Judith Litchfield Sauls of Spout Spring; her nieces and nephews, Barry Ward Sauls (Krista) of Pennsylvania and Chantel Sauls Elder (David) of Appomattox; and her great-niece Brianna Faith Elder.
