He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garling and Leona Young Garling; and his wife Nancye Ann Repass Garling. He is survived by: his children, Michael Garling (Nahid) and Monique Barnes (David); his grandchildren, Betsy, Rebecca, Andrea and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Calah, Aurelia, Susan Garling and Valerie Garling.
