She was predeceased by: her father Robert L. Neil; and her sister Dawn Marie Neil. She is survived by: her mother Mary Neil; her children, Destine Dawn Sonnek (Michael), Robert L. Neil and Chad Morgan Neil; and her brother Robert L. Neil, III (Lisa Baskill). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
