It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annabelle Hoover of Springfield, Virginia, born in Salisbury, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles A. Beal and Elizabeth Beal (Jones); her husband Louis B. Hoover, Sr.; and her son Louis B Hoover, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughter Cheryl Ann Tracy (Albert Tracy); her granddaughter Ann Marie Tracy; her daughter-in-law Carrol Hoover; her grandson Shawan Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha Bower, Lillian Hoover and Brennan Hoover.
