She was predeceased by: her parents, Kozo Makino and Michi Makino; her brother Kazuhiro Makino; and her grandson Eric White. She is survived by: her husband Roger B. White; her children, Neil K. White (Dominique) of Elkridge, MD and Dr. Brenda Elliott (Fred) of Altavista; her grandchildren, Travis Elliott (Brittany), Erica and Evan White; and her great grandchildren, Emma and Cooper Elliott. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
