He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Kaiser and Ruth Kaiser; and his brother Hugh. He is survived by: his wife Terryann (Pommer) of Springfield, VA; his brother Jim of Nevada; his siblings-in-law, Jim and Becky Pommer of Redmond, WA; his children, Mark of Norfolk, VA, Melissa Kaiser of Alexandria, VA and Sara Davis (John) of Maineville, OH; and his grandsons, Samuel Davis of Lawton, OK, Jackson Davis of Cameron, NC and William Davis of West Lafayette, IN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
