He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Lee and Grady Mintz. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael, James, Gerald, Roosevelt and Lloyd; his close friend Tonya Nash; and his children, Michael, Brittany and Ebony Nash. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
