He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur F. Bills and Francis A. Quirk; and his grandson David Baldwin. He is survived by : his wife Mary Joan Bills; his children, Michael Bills (Megan), Susan Bills, Colleen Baldwin (Wayne), Timothy Bills and Mary Bisset (Peter); and his sister-in-law Ann Marie Conley. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, multiple nieces and nephews.
