He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Jackie Frazier; his daughters, Kelly Boger and Jennifer Blend; and his grandchildren, Erik Frazier, Jose Padilla Hernandez, Ashlly Frazee, Keffen Frazee and Koraline Blend.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
