He is survived by: his parents, Ann Marie and Jim; his brother Bradley; his aunts and uncles, Richard, Kay, Steve, Lisa, Jim, Lacy, Dorothy, Alvin, Jean, Lynn and Marcia; and his cousins, Drew, Kami, Carly, Kris, Megan, Katie, Andrew, Lauren, Marion and Michael.
