He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Moran and Ursel Moran; and his brother Lynn Moran. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Breeden Moran of Springfield, VA.; his sister Christine Dakeman (Chris) of Charlottesville, VA.; and his caregiver Mike.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the National Memorial Park (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042).
