He is survived by: his wife Diana Grubb Hughes; his children, Patrick Hughes III (Heather) of Williamsport, Maryland, Christopher Hughes (Helen) of Manassas, Virginia and Kimberly Lewis (Russell) of Livingston, Montana.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Maggie, Ashley, Sarah and Mason; and his siblings, Beverly Siler and Kenneth Hughes.
