He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Madison and Margaret Madison. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Dula Madison of Springfield, VA; and his siblings, Mary White of Port Orange, FL and C. John Madison of Holland, MI. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews; and numerous grand and great grand nieces and nephews.
