With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Alfred Kelly Jr. (Springfield, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 90. Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (7600 Old Keene Mill Rd, West Springfield, VA 22152). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Park (4401 Burke Station Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
