She was predeceased by : her parents, James Harlow and Mamie Harlow; her husband James, Jr.; her children, James III (Skippy) and Ruth; and her siblings, Robert, Virginia, Kathleen, Louise, James Jr., Leland, Sheldon, Franklin, Jean, Bobby and Eddie.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Richard Wagner, Eric Slachter, Jennifer Wagner and Aaron Slachter; and her great grandchildren, Allyse Fritz-Coleman, Cierra Wagner, Ethan Slachter, Abigail Slachter, Jalen Harris, Samantha Slachter and Holladay Winbush.

“You will be deeply missed but I will never forget the memory of you when you tried on the vest at Acts Thift Store,then we all went to the car Papa Jimmy had to take us back to the thift store because you accidentally forgot to pay for the vest you tried on.You was so embarrassed about it but it was kind of funny too.Thift store shopping was your favorite.Love and Miss you.”
