With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol W. Masters of Stafford, Virginia, born in Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on August 23, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Stephen Masters; her children, Ryan Masters, Amanda Masters and Allison Kingston; and her grandchildren, Natalie, Rebecca Kingston, Erin, Christopher Masters, Hannah and Dillon Gray.

“I’m so sad to hear of Carol’s passing. We were good friends from 10th grade on, and we always stayed in contact. She was in our wedding in 1972. I’ll be praying for Steve, the children, and her grandchildren. Even as she suffered with her recent physical problems, she always wanted to know how Ross was doing with his health problems. I’ll really miss her and her friendship. No one can take her place.”
