He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Seay; his parents, Percy Seay and Inez Seay; and his siblings, Ruby Pritchett, Charlie Seay, Elizabeth Hall, Wilson Seay and Douglas Seay.
He is survived by: his children, Hal Seay (Lynne) and Jerry Seay (Regena); his grandchildren, Alyson Watson (Shaun) and Perry Seay; his great grandchildren, Blake Watson and Colin Watson; and his brother Scott Seay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
