He was predeceased by : his grandfather Charles Colona. He is survived by : his mother Suzanne Lizana (David); his siblings, Chad Colona (Beverly), Erica Colona (Joseph Davis) and Jolene Garretson; his grandmother Barbara Taylor (John); his father Dale Colona (Wendy Hubbard-Colona); his siblings, Stephen Hubbard (Jennifer), Destiny Pagan (Paul Zumpano) and Dante Pagan; his grandmother Genevieve Giordani; and his niece Annjalyna Jolene Suzanne. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in his honor.
