We announce the death of David Wayne Phillips (Stafford, Virginia), who passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 69. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his sister Sheila Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Phillips; his children, Jennifer Phillips and Michael Phillips (Rachel); his siblings, Fred Enlow and Dianne Enlow-Parker; and his grandchildren, Kara Phillips, Brandon Lyda, Jensen Phillips and Ethan Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service (186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery.
