He was predeceased by: his parents, Hervey "Pops" and Betty Rice. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Scott Rice and Greg Rice (Debbie); his great grandchildren, Logan, Sophie and Piercen; and his brothers, Tommy Rice (Marilyn) and Jeff Rice (Sherry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
