He is survived by: his mother Sandra Kay Blackman Sampson; his wife Patricia Hogan Sampson; his son Anthony Carroll Sampson; his brother William Todd Sampson; his niece Kaitlyn Michelle Sampson; his nephew Cody Arthur Sampson; his brother-in-law Charles David Hogan; and his mother-in-law Winnie Hogan. He is also survived by many cousins and friends, but especially by his aunt and uncle.
