He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Bunny Stevens and Jacob Stevens; his parents, Loui Stevens and Rosalia Stevens; and his siblings, Loui Stevens Jr., Anthony Stevens and Maryann Austin.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel (1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (1009 Stafford Ave, Fredericksburg, VA 22401). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1902 William St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the Knights of Columbus.
