He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kurre and Agnes Kurre. He is survived by: his spouse Young Hwa "Margaret" Kurre of South Korea; his stepchild Kwang Hun "Jace" Yun of Chicago, Illinois.; his friends, Terry Driskill, Dana Holland, Larry Gilchrist and Rob Hansgen; and his cousins, Sharon Lafferty and Silvia Kurre.
