He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Noble, Sr. and Mary Harris Jones; and his brother Jesse Noble Jones, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Scruggs; his daughters, Shannon Jones Collins of Glen Allen, VA and Amanda Jones Atkinson (Shawn) of Glen Allen, VA; his grandchildren, Allison, Yokosuka, Courtney Blake Collins of Oswego, NY, Tatum Evart Jones Atkinson and Tanner Miles Atkinson of Glen Allen, VA; his sister Betty Whitescarver of Belair, MD; his sister-in-law Jan Jones; and also Dave Wilder. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital, Brooke Volunteer Fire Department or Micah Ecumenical Ministries, in Frank's memory.
