He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Michalick and Joseph Michalick; and his siblings, Barbara Hobbs and Stanley Michalick. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Michalick; his children, George "Butch" Michalick Jr. (Diane), Mark Michalick, Linda Michalick, Maria Weeks (Ryan), Lisa Zawoiski (Mike), Michelle Draxton (Mark) and Anthony Michalick (Jackie); and his siblings, Mary Jane Stutzman and Joseph Michalick. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude's or Tunnel to Towers Foundations in George's memory.
