She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmon Quesenberry and Ollie Quesenberry; her husband Bernard L. Duncan; her brother Turner Quesenberry; and her nephew Gregory Quesenberry.

She is survived by: her brother Arvil Quesenberry; her daughter Vicki L. Packwood; her son-in-law Kenneth A. Packwood; her granddaughter Alixas Hale; her grandson-in-law Dillon Hale; her great grandchild Dakota Hale; and her grandsons, Schylar A. Packwood, Zackary A. Packwood and Dyllan A. Packwood.
