He was predeceased by: his father Anthony "Baby Glen" Johnson; and his sister Tonya Jackson. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Mae Johnson; his son Tevin Muldrew; his grandchildren, Xavier and Kassidy Muldrew; his siblings, Anthony Johnson, Jr. and Maria Johnson; Dorothy Mae Johnson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
