It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Inez B. Douglass of Stafford, Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Inez is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Douglass, Jr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Owens and Pearle Mae Freeman. She is survived by: her daughter Kiesha Gerlach (Benjamin); her grandchildren, Alexus Griffin (Lee), Hannah Gerlach and Alaina Gerlach; and her great grandchildren, Sadie Griffin, Rhema Griffin and Saint Griffin.
